EDUCATION for everyone

The Generation Children Ministry operates from churches planted in the Oromia region in Ethiopia. In 2023, the child poverty rate in this region was 48%.
Despite improvements, many still do not have access to education.

Generation Children provides funding for impoverished children from poor families who cannot afford to go to school.

The ministry also makes provision for, school supplies, clothing, food and support for the whole family throughout their school journey.

Yr 1 - 12 AND BEYOND

Children are invited to attend the Generation Children school programme from Year 1 all the way through high school and even to attend university.

SUPPORT

To support one child in the Generation Children ministry costs AUD$40 per month or less than AUD$1.30 per day.

Equivalent to only 2 store bought coffees per week!

In future, when you support a child, you will receive a pack containing the child’s name, photograph and details about them including; their favourite subject at school, favourite game, how many siblings they have.

You will receive updates on their progress and be able to contact them yourself by writing letters and be delighted when they write back to you!
